Recognising what sets Brazilian leadership apart on the international stage
Brazil has produced leaders used to working in environments marked by complexity, ambiguity, scarcity, diversity and constant change. That experience has built capabilities which, on the international stage, have become a strategic advantage.
It is from that recognition that Brasilidade Empresarial was born, a concept created in 2023 by Fabiana Di Pietro (president and founder of the Chamber) to give a name and visibility to this quality of Brazilian leadership.
What we mean by Brasilidade Empresarial
The concept begins by recognising capabilities which, in Brazil, are part of everyday working life and for that reason often go unnoticed. In an international context, however, they stand out and frequently amount to a strategic advantage.
These capabilities are neither a methodology nor a set of skills taught in a classroom. They are built in practice, through the experience of leading in Brazil, and are often only recognised once those professionals begin working in international settings.

From concept to Executive Community
When the concept takes institutional form
In 2026, on being taken up in the Chamber's work, the concept took institutional form and gave rise to the Brasilidade Empresarial Executive Community.
By bringing together Brazilian leaders with international experience, the community gives their careers recognition and visibility, strengthens connections between peers and turns individual experience into shared knowledge and collective intelligence.
